The French antique setting echoes designs of prior eras BUT the construction tells us this ring was made around the 1920s. The top is made of platinum and the shank is made of white gold. White gold became popular around the 1920s as it was a more accessible alternative to platinum. This shift happened due to scarcity in platinum supply during world war 1 and later, world war 2.
For the hallmark and history lovers: there’s so much history in this ring with its unique design, French eagle head mark for 18k gold, and dog head mark for platinum, which makes it even more special and highly collectible.
We’ve fully restored this ring and it’s ready for its new wearer.
The antique 18k and platinum setting has been paired with a stunning, spready, approx 1.30ct natural, untreated Zambian emerald (minor oil) that is vivid and a gorgeous tone of green. The round stone measures 7.5mm across. It’s currently a size 5 and sizable.
Note: This item was restored by our little Los Angeles shop and is one-of-a-kind. We will continue restoring more pieces in the future but we cannot replicate this exactly. Once it's sold, it's gone, which makes these restorations so special. Add to cart to make it yours!
Why we love it
This ring is absolutely breathtaking and would make a great heirloom/ milestone/ engagement piece. Emeralds are known to symbolize loyalty, new beginnings, abundance, prosperity, friendship, growth, and fidelity in love. Emerald is the birthstone for the month of May. To add to the charm and rarity, this ring has French hallmarks (eagle head and faded dog head)
Each emerald has its own "jardin" or unique fingerprint of inclusions. This emerald has been chosen for its vivid color and beautiful jardin.

I got the larger size of the 14k bolt clasp and I love it. Works as a connector and a way to make a charm stand out. Very well made. I would order from Tris and Rue again.
Love this little star! She is a doll 🥹✨

I was eyeing this piece for a while and finally bit the bullet and treated myself and I couldn’t be happier. Exactly as I expected it, i think it even looks just like my cat!
Incredible piece. I LOVE it. Highly recommend.
I had been eyeing her bolt clasps for a long time and was finally able to pull the trigger. It definitely did not disappoint. Amazing quality, as described and priced very fairly. But what really struck me was the amazing person behind the business. Gracious, knowledgeable and truly the kindest person. So wonderful and easy to engage with. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

I saw these masks all the time when I was traveling in Italy! Brings back so many good memories.

Will be back soon for more purchases
I purchased the medium bolt clasp and it’s incredibly versatile and can easily fit a shocking number of charms! Well made and now I’m eyeing the large version!
I ordered this wring in hopes to find the perfect “pre loved” wedding band that I can wear to work since I work in healthcare. I needed something sturdy and comfortable and this band is just that! It is the perfect size and great value for what I purchased. :) Patricia is a dream to work with and carries the prettiest gold! She answers all of your questions with kindness and patience. I will continue to support her and her business!
I use this bolt clasp almost every day. It’s a perfect connector for a charm jumble. Arthritis in my hands makes it hard for me to connect most chain clasps. This bolt, which stays open until you click it closed makes all my chains easier to use. Love it!
