The target motif in jewelry started in the Edwardian era and became emblematic of the roaring 20's. The target symbolizes the bull's-eye that Cupid hits with his arrow of love.
This dainty solitaire ring houses a charming and bright approx 0.40ct old European cut diamond. The antique diamond is sparkly, with a high crown, and open culet. This is truly a unique ring that would make a beautiful gift, milestone marker, or engagement ring. Circa 1910-1930- this ring is antique and one of a kind.

The target ring style is such a classic style, fit for any collection. This one is well-made, with a gorgeous orbit around an old cut diamond. The antique old European cut diamond is also very attractive with its open culet and chunky shape, and thus highly collectible. It is rare for old cuts to be this bright and white, especially at this price point, likely an s12-i1 clarity.
