Today’s “antique inspired” designs, especially engagement ring designs are inspired by this true antique prong setting. This ring evokes the delicate airiness of the late Victorian, early Edwardian era, and is well-made. The setting has been reclaimed and saved from being melted.
The antique 14k setting has been paired with a stunning, spready 2.25ct natural, untreated Zambian emerald (minor oil) that is vivid and a gorgeous tone of green. The stone face measures a spready 10.4 x 7.4mm. It’s currently a size 6.25 and sizable.
Note: This item was restored by our little Los Angeles shop and is one-of-a-kind. We will continue restoring more pieces in the future but we cannot replicate this exactly. Once it's sold, it's gone, which makes these restorations so special. Add to cart to make it yours!
Why we love it
This ring is absolutely breathtaking and would make a great heirloom/ milestone/ engagement piece. Emeralds are known to symbolize loyalty, new beginnings, abundance, prosperity, friendship, growth, and fidelity in love. Emerald is the birthstone for the month of May.
Each emerald has its own "jardin" or unique fingerprint of inclusions. This emerald has been chosen for its vivid color and beautiful jardin.
